Encapsulated calcium chloride to balance the cation anion content of animal feeds

NutriCAB is a premixture for feed that contains calcium chloride, which is an anionic salt that can be used to manipulate the dietary cation-anion balance of feeds for transition feeds for dairy cows. We encapsulate the calcium chloride with our patented technology, which ensures the product is palatable and allows the material to be slowly released in the small intestine where it is rapidly absorbed and reduces the dietary cation anion balance (DCAB).

The advantages of using NutriCAB during the transition phase lead to faster and safer parturition and can significantly reduce the risk of milk fever.
