Protected calcium chloride for farrowing sows

Weanmor+ is a product that contains calcium chloride, which is an anionic salt that can be used to manipulate the dietary cation-anion balance of feeds for sows. It is encapsulated with our patented technology, which ensures the product is palatable and allows the material to be slowly released in the small intestine where it is rapidly absorbed and reduces the dietary cation anion balance.

It helps sows before, during and after farrowing by reducing the incidence of MMA and lowers urine pH for a better state of health of the sows.

Increases in the number of piglets born alive and less still births have also been observed along with more sow milk production leading to heavier pigs at weaning in numerous scientific trials.
