To improve the biological value of active ingredients, SODA R&D is perfecting some specific protection techniques such as MICROPEARLS®, Coacervation, Fluid Bed and Pan Coating processes.
The protection applied to each element depends both on its nature and nutritional target. Each specialised protection allows the active substances to reach the nutritional sites where they will be the most effective.
The various protection techniques are producing technological ingredients which are resistant to the detrimental effects of light, water, alkaline or acid environments, oxidation, temperature, aggression of metals, mechanical pressure, enzymatic and bacterial degradation.
